This Privacy Policy explains how Servico+ handles your personal data. We follow the basic principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Data we collect
- Your details: name, mobile number, and details you enter such as age, gender and place.
- Booking details: the hospital, doctor, date, time, Token ID, payment method and booking status.
- Basic app data: technical data needed to run the app, such as device and usage information. If you allow location, it is used only to show hospitals near you.
2. Why we use it
We use your data only to create and manage your bookings, show them to the hospital you chose, send booking updates, and keep the service safe from misuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who can see it
Your booking details are shared only with the hospital you booked with. Each hospital can see only its own bookings. If you pay online, the payment provider processes that payment.
4. Where it is stored
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud service. Access is restricted to you, the hospital you booked with, and authorised Servico+ staff for support.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for bookings, hospital records and legal requirements, and then delete it.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent. To request deletion or any of these, email servicoplus.app@gmail.com from your contact details with your name and registered mobile number. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
A parent or guardian should make bookings for children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
