Servico+ Book Now

Terms of Use

Last updated: Oct 2026

These Terms apply to the Servico+ website and the Servico+ app (together, "Servico+"). By using Servico+ you agree to them.

1. What Servico+ does

Servico+ lets patients book an OP (outpatient) token with a doctor at a participating hospital, and lets hospitals manage those bookings. Servico+ is a booking tool only. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The doctor and hospital are responsible for your care.

2. Symptom helper

The symptom helper only suggests a department to consult. It is not a diagnosis. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call emergency services right away.

3. Your account and bookings

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before your booked time. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Payments

Depending on the hospital, you may pay online or at the hospital counter. Online payments are processed by a payment provider.

6. Hospitals

Hospitals are responsible for keeping their doctor schedules, leave and availability up to date, and for the medical services they provide.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse Servico+, for example by making fake bookings, booking for others without permission, or trying to access data that is not yours. We may block accounts or numbers that misuse the service.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Servico+ running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or work without errors. To the extent the law allows, Servico+ is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page.

10. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Email servicoplus.app@gmail.com.
